Feminist Nail Arrrt

This week saw me indulge in some nail art! I attended the Sisters Uncut open meeting on Thursday evening and it was incredible. My emotional state surrounding the Sisters Uncut meeting went a little something like this: Arrive feeling pissed off at the way vulnerable women are currently being mistreated, stay feeling energised by everyone's contributions, leave feeling inspired. It was such an insightful few hours and I'm very much looking forward to going again next Thursday!

Here are some nails that I painted. I was actually listening to this song as I braved the crazy throng of the Central Line at rush hour (this was how badly I wanted to go - I detest the Central Line):

These false nails differ from the ones I usually get but saved me so much time not having to file them to a point like I usually do, so I may be converted...

REBEL GRRRL... feat. some raggedy cuticles (I ran out of cuticle oil)
Yesterday I caught up with my lovely friend Maya and painted some International Women's Day inspired nails for her. I had actually intended to do a tutorial for this but was so distracted by chatting that I completely forgot to take progress pics, oooooops.

Soz for the glare, Seche Vite topcoat is v good but v shiny!

I can't wait for May when uni is over (as much as I'm enjoying this year) because I just wanna sit in my room and start painting numerous nail wheels. Cannot. bloody. WAIT.
